Hey all,
Went mobile for this one, enjoyed getting out and about but traffic on the way home was a killer. I was boiling up with anger moving at about 1kmh. When the hell is the government going to do something about this stupidity??? IT WAS GRIDLOCK!
Anyway rant over, this had been booked sometime ago, so finally got around to doing it. Its always difficult to know what you are going to be confronted with, without seeing the car first up, but credit to the owner, he assured me it was going to need a paint correction. Swirls to the grade of medium to heavy had greeted me as I waltzed into the underground carpark. You really did not need lights to see them. The owner was frustrated seeing the car in this shape. You could tell he really liked his car a lot. Correct washing methods should see this car well maintained now. Paint had healthy readings with one side of the car of a little concern at about 110 microns but safe enough for plenty more details if required. Paint was relatively hard, thats what you get with BMW.
I used a combo of Scholl S3 on a lake country orange ccs pad, 203s on a White and UF5000 on black. Owner was quite happy with the results achieved. The car was coated with Wolf's Hard Body. I wish Iron X would not discolour discs, but I still love the product.
Before and 50/50's
I try to lessen the affect of iron X rusting up disc by foaming first with little affect!
Corrected
Nice long scratch going along the whole bottom of door.
Corrected
Finished
Thanks for looking

The Beemer looks tops Mozza, well done mate!
How much cut were you getting from the S30? The one thing if found with Scholl polishes is they got some serious grunt!Got rice?

that result is just wow.
did you choose hardbody for its high ability of scratch resistance or was that customers choice?Detailer's prayer - "Grant me the power tools to correct the fixable, the fillers to cover the hopeless and the wisdom the know the difference."
