Here's a few pics of my Evo 7 with a coat of DP Max Wax applied to it. This is the first paste wax I've owned and used, but I'm very happy with the price, ease of use and the results. Smile

The paint was professionally corrected about 6 months ago and I have been maintaining it since, with a very careful wash process and OCW.

No before shots sorry, it was just a bit dirty - no swirls or anything.

Thanks mate. It didn't really take that long as there was no correction involved. Just a good wash, clayed a few bits of tree sap and tar from some panels and then applied the wax all over. All up I reckon I spent about 3 hrs on it.

The Max Wax certainly suits a rookie like me - very easy to apply and wipe off again Smile

Awesome finish !!!

When you had it corrected before, did they lay some sealant down? Or a coat of wax?

Yes I think they used a polymer/sealant of some sort rather than a wax. But I'm not sure what it was sorry. They're a Megs shop, so it would have been one of their products.

Since then it's just been getting a spray with OCW after each wash.

So basically you're looking at a layer of a Megs sealant + some OCW + DP MaxWax Laughing Perhaps a bit of an unusual combo, but it seems to work!
